Open Accounts
Many dealers have established credit with Bosch Automotive Service Solutions LLC Kent-Moore and are on “open” account basis. If you desire credit with our company, send bank references and the name and address of two additional creditors. Net 30 days.


Charges To Parts Account
Special Service Tools may be charged to the Dealer Parts Account.


Taxes
State and local sales and/or use tax will be added to order if applicable.


Pricing Policy
All product contained on this website are priced in US dollars and are available for purchase in the United States only. For purchase and price inquiries outside of the United States, please contact our export office at 507-455-7223. Please note international shipments may be subject to custom fees, import duties, freight charges and processing fees.

Due to our method of distribution, we have eliminated additional cost of local distributors and salesmen. Therefore, all prices are net and subject to change without notice.
F.O.B. Shipping Point
All products are sold F.O.B. shipping point. Shipment will be made by the method you specify. Normal methods include United Parcel Service, Parcel Post or UPS Air.
Next-Day Shipping If your order has been received after 2:30 p.m. EST, it will be scheduled to ship the next business day.

Damaged Shippments
If a shipment is received at a destination in damaged condition (tools lost or broken) the carrier is responsible. Place a claim against the carrier and notify our office.

Returned/Repaired Goods Policy
Returns may be made upon request and a credit issued if product is in saleable condition.

1. All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date to avoid a restocking fee.

2. Any return received after 30 days of the invoice date is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3. Returns will not be credited after 90 days of invoice date.

4. All goods returned to Bosch Automotive Service Solutions LLC Kent-Moore for any reason must be shipped PREPAID.

5. Please make all claims for SHORTAGES and DAMAGES within ten (10) days from invoice date. CLAIMS after this period may not be honored.

6. Return/Repair processing requires two (2) copies of the original invoice and/or pack slip. One (1) on the outside of the package and one (1) with the product inside.

7. Drop shipped items should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please call our Customer Service Department for instructions on how to return drop shipped items (1-800-801-5420).

Tool Abuse
Kent-Moore Special Tools are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. Replacement will be made on any items found defective, upon inspection at our warehouse. Use of air tools will void this guarantee. Our tools are designed for manual power only due to the excessive loads when pulling or installing “press fit” parts. When pressure is properly applied, the tool will perform satisfactory-again and again!
